F.O.O.D Week
Orange F.O.O.D Week is held each autumn across ten days, and is one of the longest-running regional food festivals in the country. The Dalton offers a thoughtfully equipped kitchen and generous living spaces, making it a comfortable base for the week.
The Dalton is $300 AUD to $480 AUD per night, with a 2-night minimum stay. These rates cover late March into April each autumn and are live from our booking system, last checked 16 October 2026.
The kitchen at The Dalton is thoughtfully equipped with everything you need to cook, entertain and enjoy meals at home, with stone benchtops, a full complement of cookware and glassware and a dishwasher. The butler's pantry provides additional preparation space, and the dining table seats up to eight, with further seating at the breakfast bar.
Orange is renowned for its beautiful seasons, and autumn is among the loveliest. The gas fireplace in the main living room is welcome on the cooler evenings. March and April are busy months in Orange, so we recommend requesting your dates in advance.
